Wilds Forlorn featured in 'Champions of the Universe' podcast + exclusive track preview

We, the Damned is featured on this 'Champions of the Universe' podcast, a co-project of Johnathan Carbon, who writes for Chronicles of Chaos and Pinpointmusic.com.

A second podcast is on the website as well, featuring an exclusive preview of the track 'This Too Shall Pass' in its entirety, which is one of the two bonus tracks that will appear on the CD version of We, the Damned, and which features a guest appearance by F. ter Welle, who also played the guitar solo in 'Traces':

Interview with Chronicles of Chaos + review and upcoming podcast

Chronicles of Chaos
A new in-depth interview with Johnathan A. Carbon, writer for Chronicles of Chaos is online on their website here, along with a review here.

Earlier, he did a write-up on modern black metal in a column of his own, on Pinpointmusic.com in which Wilds Forlorn is also featured.

Lastly, there will be a podcast coming up soon, which will feature an entirely new Wilds Forlorn track.

Many thanks to Johnathan and Chronicles of Chaos for their support.

Bellum Omnium Contra Omnes CD release & interview

Bellum Omnium Contra Omnes is now available on CD at Obscure Abhorrence Productions, at Barn Owl Productions, a small distro that is just getting started, and it's also available from the website of White Oak, a promising band of personal relatives of mine. They have just released their first demo, consisting of four brilliantly atmospheric, raw tracks.

The CDs will be available from me personally as well soon. I'll make an announcement on that in due time.

I have also recently been approached by Akaah Aren, who writes for the Italian webzine Darkthrone85.org, and asked if I'd be willing to do an interview. The English version of that interview can be found on her personal blog here.

Meanwhile, I have been working on the bonus tracks that will appear on the We, the Damned CD release.

An apology

Bandcamp allows each artist 200 free downloads to give away each month. Past that, the items are still available, but are automatically changed from free downloads into purchasable downloads. A few days ago, the number of free downloads I could give away on Bandcamp was exceeded. I had put up a message here, with an explanation and an alternative link to the album, but a few people might have missed it. I had already set the price to the minimum Bandcamp would allow, as a precautionary measure, so it was only €0.40, but still, I would like to make clear that I did not intend for anyone to have to pay for the album and have no intention of making money with Wilds Forlorn. I'd like to apologise to those who had to pay for the music. Today, Bandcamp bumped the free downloads back up to 200 again, so all albums are available for free again.
